Hi all, Am a technical support engineer, My passion is to become a UX/UI Interaction Designer. I'm in middle east working in a Healthcare IT firm. Is it possible for me to shift from technical support to a Designer? Or a Masters degree is must in Human Computer Interaction. Please advise!
